HISTORIC The original Dickison family Sedona cattle ranch home! This was the last granted homestead in the county. Amazing log home built in 1949 with Flagstaff sourced logs was one of the earliest structures in the area.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

You can expect in each of our 4 luxury suites new comfortable memory foam beds and luxurious linens and bath sheets for your showers and bath. Amazing views, new furniture, 55 flat screen televisions, unique décor, cozy electric fireplaces and a comfy seating areas with a mini coffee bar. Gorgeous and newly renovated bathrooms feature large soaking tubs, heated floors, luxurious showers and comfy bathrobes. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.  We do offer a Port-a-Crib for those guests who are traveling with small children. If you have any special needs for your family just let us know.

Kitchen

2 kitchens including one chef's kitchen and one basic kitchen. The chef's kitchen features a full gas 6 burner range/oven with griddle, microwave/convection oven, toaster,  2 refrigerators one with ice maker and water, Keurig, dishwasher, serving and cooking wares and utensils, oils and spices. All the kitchen tool you might need. The basic kitchen includes a full gas range stove/oven, microwave, toaster,  coffee pot. electric tea kettle and dish washer. Dishes and utensils for 10+. We provide startup complementary snacks, locally sourced goodies and a smore's kit for your stay. 

Great Room and Game Room

The gathering area has table seating for 10 and a comfy couch and chairs, there is a 70" TV to enjoy a movie or your favorite team and a outdoor deck with firepit. 

Grounds

Our newest addition is a beautiful heated salt water pool and spa. (pool heating available for additional fee with a 3 day minimum, spa heated year round.) The pool features a 1 foot deep covered Baja shelf for your little ones. There is also a nice grass area with an umbrella and equipped with sprinklers to play in and keep the grass cool. The pool area is also equipped with a BBQ and a large outdoor fire pit table. 

Serene Sedona red rocks views on 1.5 acres. Enjoy the beautiful and relaxing grounds taking in the views, tall trees, wildlife and a luxurious home away from home. Enjoy a picnic, and/or watch the wildlife, roast marshmallows, take a dip in the pool all in the comfort of your luxury rental. We often see frogs in the front yard by the pond, bunnies hopping about and many varieties of birds stopping by for a drink of water or hanging out in the trees. You may even see our outdoor cat, Simon running around. Sedona is located in the forest so you may also see deer, javelina and many other native animals.

Please note Taylor, property manager and her husband live across the drive from the Dream Maker and keep to themselves unless you need anything!

Fun

Game room with Bell Rock views, 8' Pool Table, Arcade Golf Game and Mini "Multi Game" Video, 55" TV and 4 seats at the bar, plus comfy chairs.

All tv's feature cable and Rokus and smart television capability with a Netflix and Disney plus guest account.

Check in the labeled kitchen cabinet for playing cards, board games, books and coloring books!

Enjoy our outdoor games! We offer giant jenga, ladder golf, cornhole, 3 holes of disc golf and giant connect four. These games can be played on any of the outdoor patios or brought into the pool area to play pool side. 

At the pool you can find pool noodles and fun water features!

Safety

The property is equipped with safety features such as a smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, a first aid kit, an emergency information sheet and safety lighting.

Special Features

High speed wifi is free to guests, password is provided upon arrival. Guests are able to control in room air conditioning from anywhere in their room with a remote.

Parking

Guests cars are parked right next to the entrance of the  in an uncovered lot. Room for up to 5 cars. Electric charging also available on site. 

Laundry 

Large washer and dryers are available for your stay. All detergents, bleach, and dryer sheets are included. 

Concierge Services 

If you would like someone to help plan your stay in Sedona, please use our partners Concishare for all of your needs. They can make dinner reservations, spa treatments, book tours, hire private chefs, give recommendations and so much more.

Contactless Check In- while we live next door you will be able to check in without contact, if you need something we are close by but will respect your privacy.

Our Dream come true!  "The Sedona Dream Maker" is located at the "Entry to the Sedona Red Rock Country"(closest Red Rocks area to Phoenix/Scottsdale) in a quiet residential neighborhood on 1.5 acres.  Fabulous views from the property and rooms of iconic Bell Rock, Court House, Castle Rock and Lee's Mountain, and our amazing "Star Gazing View Deck" offers the best views in all of Sedona!

Close to everything the area has to offer yet away from the hustle and bustle of the local hotel/motel scene. Major hiking/biking trails within 5 minutes and our own forest access and hiking trail  just 3  blocks  from the property.

Surrounded by a quiet residential neighborhood with 5 star dining, shopping, and tours all located within just a short walk from The Sedona Dream Maker. You will have the entire house to your group, including the fabulous "Sky View Deck", entry garden, and pool and our beautiful grounds.  A great opportunity for couples getaway, girls, or guys or family getaways, family Re-union, golf outing, small retreats. 4 Luxury Suites each with private bath, Great room/dining/kitchen, 2 Patios, sky deck, pool and outdoor areas.  Groceries can be ordered in advance from Clarks market(just a mile away) and delivered for you. There are also great restaurant choices and many within walking distance or they will deliver.

Special feature- our neighborhood has it's own private access to the National Forest and trails that will take you to panoramic read rock view areas and native American historic sites. You will seldom see anyone on these little known trails. Walking sticks are available for your use during your stay.

Our Family, the Denney's have had an ongoing love affair with the Sedona area that goes way back, Jon proposed to Tish on Oak Creek 30 years ago, Leila (Our Grand daughter) was baptized in Oak Creek by Jon, Jon's mother lived here in the 1970s and we vacationed  with the  kids, Chaz, Taylor, Shannon and Elaine, here regularly....We love Sedona and we love the Dream Maker property (we also have 5 other vacation rentals- 4 in Uptown Sedona and am incredible creek front property in Camp Verde), it has been our joy to bring these wonderful places up to date and make them available for others to enjoy!
