14 day cancellation notice for deposit refund - (no refund on special summer rates starting June 2011, unless the entire reservation is re-booked or advance arrangements are made)
Late Cancellations: Deposits returned only if we can re-book the room
A 15% fee is charged on any cancellation
Any cancellation not made 24 hours before our normal check in time will be charged the full room rate. NO EXECEPTIONS
Rates apply for one or two persons in a room. Extra guests are charged $20.00 each per night
