Stuffed French Toast

• 8 Slices of a good sweet bread
• 2 eggs (Farm Fresh are best)
• 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
• 1 tbsp Cool Whip
• dash of Cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp Vanilla

Mix the ingredients all together well - Should be nice and fluffy.

Filling

• 2 Boxes of Cream Cheese - 8oz. each
• 3 tbsp Orange Marmalade
• 1 tsp Pineapple Marmalade
• 1/2 cup Chopped Pecans

Mix well; spread on four slices of sweet bread evenly. Top off with another slice of bread. Dip and coat each 2 stacked bread with coating. Fry in skillet coated with butter until slightly browned. Have a cookie sheet ready and after all is fryed, place on cookie sheet topped with foil in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes (to warm the toast and filling thru and thru).
Serve with a good Maple Syrup. Garnish with an orange slice and sliced banana. Top with powdered sugar.
