Rent our Cottage for a true getaway in the Sedona Area. If you are looking for a party place with friends and family, keep looking! We do not have that type of accommodation.
If you want a quiet, clean, peaceful and relaxing place to get away from the chaos, you found us! Or we found you!
We prefer monthly rentals, but shorter terms can be rented depending on our availability. Our property has two acres, with a labyrinth, rock Gardens and TeePee. A great Sedona retreat. A Vacation Home in Sedona, log cabin, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, fireplace, full Kitchen and Laundry room. Linens provided.

The Cottage Guest House is not part of our Bed and Breakfast and does not include breakfast. You do have a full kitchen, dining area, Living room, Arizona Room (enclosed porch), two bedrooms with a full bathroom and a Laundry room with a shower, sink and toilet. Because of the size, the cottage is the most comfortable for two people, but we will consider a third depending on the situation, and will charge extra.

RATES:

Monthly Rates (28 days): $1650.00

Extra Nights: $100.00

Yavapai County Tax Rate: 7.325% Added to rates

Weekly Rentals (7 days) are available at $1000 if the month has not been reserved (we close the entire month at a time due to local county zoning codes). See the lease for more information.
We will not rent weekly more than 60 days in advance of the reservation
